KiliChat HelpHow can we help?

Short answers to the questions businesses ask us most, from connecting a number to sending your first broadcast.

Getting started

What KiliChat does, connecting your WhatsApp number, WhatsApp's own rules and what it costs.

Reply to customers together, assign chats, quick replies, labels, away messages and the team board.

Import from Excel, tags and custom fields, opt-outs and saved segments.

Create messages Meta approves, with images, buttons, carousels and offers — and fix rejections.

Send a template to many customers, schedule it, see who read it and retry failures.

Build a chatbot step by step, start it with keywords, and send drip messages over days.

Messages not delivered, Meta error codes, tokens, templates rejected and flows that don't reply.

Team roles, passwords, plans and usage, analytics and the activity log.

API keys, sending messages from your own software and receiving webhooks.

Can't find your answer? Chat with us on WhatsApp or email info@kilichat.com — a real person from our Chennai team will reply.
