Ready-made templates

KiliChat has a library of example templates written for common kinds of business. Pick one, change the wording to fit you, and send it to Meta for review. It's the quickest way to get your first templates approved.

How do I use a ready-made template?

1. Go to Automation → Templates.
2. Click Ready-made (or Browse ready-made if you have no templates yet).
3. Choose your kind of business at the top.
4. Find a template that fits and click Use this.
5. The template opens in the editor. Change the wording, links, phone numbers and examples to your own.
6. Click Save draft, then Submit on the template's card.

Which kinds of business are covered?

Clinic & health	Appointment confirmed, appointment reminder, report ready (with PDF), check-up package offer
Education	Class reminder, fee reminder, admissions open, results out
Real estate	Site visit confirmed, new project launch, rent due, property video tour
Salons & services	Booking confirmed, service due, loyalty offer with code, feedback request
Travel	Trip confirmed (with itinerary PDF), pickup details, holiday deal, visa or document update
Restaurants	Table booked, takeaway ready, weekend special, find us (location)

Each card shows what it's for, its category (Marketing or Utility) and whether it needs an image, video or document.

What must I change before submitting?

Always replace the example details

• Links: the library uses https://example.com/.... Change every website button to your own site. Meta rejects templates with links that don't work or don't belong to you.
• Phone numbers: call buttons use +919876543210. Put in your own number.
• Pictures and files: if the card says "with image", "with video" or "with document", a blue note in the editor reminds you: "Add your own image as the header before sending for review." Upload your file.
• Location: the "find us" template has a sample map position. The note says "Put in your own address and map position."
• Coupon codes: change FEST20 or THANKS15 to your real code.

You can also change the Template name, Language code (library templates start as en) and Category.

Are ready-made templates already approved?

No. They're starting points. Every template still goes through Meta's review once you submit it. Because they're written to Meta's rules, they usually pass quickly once you've put in your own details.

Can I use the same ready-made template twice?

Yes, but each saved template needs a different name in the same language. If you see "A template with this name and language already exists", change the name, for example order_shipped_2.
